How soon must I cancel my appoinment?

You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.

If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?

How long will I see pests following an initial treatment?

On the initial treatment it is normal to see pest activity for up to two weeks. If any activity is noticed following that two week period please reach out to our office at (702)540-6937.

How long will I see pests following a regular treatment?

After a regular treatment is finished it is normal to see pest activity within the first week. If any activity noticed following that week please reach out to our office at (702)540-6937.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, we do for our veterans, first responders and to those who are still actively serving. Also we offer half off your next treatment per referral who signs up.

Do you treat for bed bugs?

Yes! Contact our office today at (702)540-6937 to set up an inspection.

We accept cash, check, and all major credit/debit cards though our secure online payment processor.

Cancellation Policy
You may simply cancel your service agreement by calling into our office at (702)540-6937. If you wish to terminate the service agreement before the term is up the discount given on the initial treatment must paid back.

Satisfaction Guarantee
Here at Green Wave Pest Solutions, we do not feel it is fair to make anyone of our clients pay for something that does not work, unlike other companies. We created a three strike policy where if you need to call us out for the same pest more than two times in-between regularly scheduled visits we pay for your next treatment.
